  • Travel details (travel dates, passport copy at booking confirmation, dietary needs).
  • Technical data (IP address, browser type) for security and analytics.

How we use your data

  • To process and fulfil your booking.
  • To contact you about your trip (itinerary updates, payment reminders).
  • For legal and regulatory compliance with the Kenya Tourism Act and the Data Protection Act 2019.

Sharing

We share booking data only with the hotels, airlines and local operators delivering your tour. We never sell your data. Analytics data is processed by Google Analytics in anonymised form.

Your rights

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act 2019 you may request a copy of, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@aeconsafari.com.

Retention

Booking data is retained for 7 years for tax and audit purposes (Kenya Revenue Authority requirements). After that, personal fields are anonymised.
