About Iby'Iwacu Cultural Village

Iby'Iwacu ('the treasure of our home') is a pioneering community tourism project next to Volcanoes NP. The village employs former poachers as hosts — they now guide visitors through traditional homesteads, hunting demonstrations, dance performances, and Intore warrior ceremonies. Every ticket supports the community.
